CANCELLATION POLICY

At Palloro, certain products may be purchased through subscription or pre-order. This document explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel such orders in accordance with our terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing to a product, you will receive periodic deliveries according to the duration and frequency you have selected. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid plan. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their billing period. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date from your Palloro account. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation link provided in your order confirmation emails. Palloro is committed to transparent subscription management, allowing full control over your recurring orders with no hidden charges.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order represents the purchase of an item that is not yet available in stock. Depending on the product and release schedule, we may either: Delay payment processing until the product becomes available, or Charge the order in advance to reserve your item. You may cancel a pre-order as long as the product has not yet been prepared for shipment. If your pre-order has not been processed, the full amount paid will be refunded. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may still request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All cancellations and refund requests are handled in compliance with international consumer protection standards and the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Client.
