Palloro ships to every country worldwide.
All orders are fulfilled directly from our facility and delivered through trusted international couriers. If your country does not appear during checkout, contact us at support@palloro.com and our team will process your order manually.

All orders over $100 qualify for free worldwide shipping, no exceptions, no minimum order restrictions by region. For orders below $100, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

United States: 7–10 business days
Europe: 5–8 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

A tracking link is sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched. You can monitor your shipment in real time at any point. If you have a Palloro account, your full order history and tracking information are always accessible under Order History.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
However, you can refuse delivery or request a return once you receive the package through our Returns Portal.

Address changes are accepted provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@palloro.com with your order number. Once an order enters the shipping process, we are unable to redirect it.

You may return any unused Palloro product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, unmodified and unused. We do not accept returns on products that show signs of use, have been restrung, customized, or damaged due to mishandling.

Submit your return request through our Returns Portal or contact us directly at support@palloro.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return label and guide you through the process. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Every Palloro racket undergoes quality inspection before shipment. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@palloro.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. Our team will assess the case and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Yes. All Palloro padel rackets are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal playing conditions. It does not cover breakage caused by misuse, impacts with walls or fences, restringing, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@palloro.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after we receive and complete inspection of the returned item. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the amount.

Yes. Every transaction on palloro.com is processed exclusively through PayPal, one of the most trusted and widely used payment platforms in the world.
PayPal provides industry-leading fraud protection, encrypted payment processing, and full buyer protection on every eligible purchase.
Your financial details are never shared with or stored by Palloro at any point. You can complete your purchase with complete confidence, whether you pay directly via PayPal or use your credit or debit card through PayPal's secure checkout.

No. You can complete your purchase as a guest without registering. Creating a Palloro account is optional but gives you access to order tracking, return management, and early access to new releases.

An order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address within minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If the issue persists, contact support@palloro.com with your name and the email used at checkout.

Verify that your card details are entered correctly and that your billing address matches your bank records. If the issue continues, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank directly. You can also reach us at support@palloro.com and our team will assist you in completing the transaction.

3K Carbon features a tighter fiber weave that produces a more flexible, forgiving surface, ideal for players who prioritize control, consistency, and a larger effective sweet spot. 12K Carbon uses a denser, stiffer weave that delivers greater stiffness, faster ball exit, and higher responsiveness, preferred by advanced players with a technical, aggressive game who want maximum precision and power transfer on every contact.

Balance point refers to the distribution of weight along the racket's length. A low balance point concentrates weight toward the handle, improving maneuverability, wrist speed, and defensive control, particularly important for net play and volleys. A high balance point shifts weight toward the head, generating more natural power on smashes and baseline shots. Most Palloro rackets are engineered with a medium-to-low balance to deliver a functional combination of both qualities.

Yes. Email support@palloro.com with your current playing level, frequency, preferred court position, and what you feel is missing from your current racket. Our team will review your profile and respond with a specific recommendation tailored to your game.

No sizing selection is required. All Palloro rackets are manufactured to the official World Padel Tour specifications: 45.5 cm in length and 26 cm in width. These are the universal standard dimensions used across all professional and recreational padel play worldwide.

All Palloro rackets are fitted with a standard professional grip. If you prefer additional thickness or want a more personalized feel, we recommend applying an overgrip, a lightweight wrapping widely available at any sports retailer. Overgrips do not affect racket performance and allow you to customize the handle diameter to your preference.
