Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 business days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. All shipping costs related to the return are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part. To start a return or exchange, please fill out the request form on our “Returns & Exchanges” page and follow the provided instructions.
Size or Product Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size — no worries. You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item has not been worn, washed, or had its tag removed. You can choose one of two methods: 1. Drop-off the package at one of our authorized return points. 2. Home pickup, scheduled by our logistics partner at your convenience. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the replacement size or issue a refund according to your preference.
Refunds
After your return is approved and the item has been inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing may take up to 5 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Palloro products are crafted with high-grade materials and undergo strict quality control. We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage. Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, friction marks, or fading). Damage resulting from impact, exposure to water, heat, or chemicals. Our service team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights and E-Commerce Regulations. In case of dispute, the matter will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in the country where the company is registered. However, we always aim to resolve any issue directly and amicably with our customers before legal escalation.
