PALLORO was not founded by champions, and we won't pretend otherwise. It was built by people who refused to accept that a serious racket had to come with a careless story. Everything we say about our rackets, we can show you. This page is that proof.

BEFORE WE BUILD, WE STUDY.

A racket is a set of decisions, shape, balance, stiffness, surface. We don't guess at them. Behind every PALLORO model is a process of real research: hours on court, deep study of how rackets are constructed and why, and direct conversations with manufacturers and the people who actually make them.

We are not telling you we are the best players in the world. We are telling you we did the work to understand what a premium racket should be, and we refused to ship anything that didn't meet it.

That is what "Team PALLORO" means. Not a wall of trophies. A standard.

HOW YOUR RACKET IS BUILT

We won't hide behind buzzwords. Here is exactly how a PALLORO racket comes together, layer by layer, by hand and by machine.

It starts with the raw materials: an EVA foam core for feel and rebound, and carbon fiber for the frame and face. The core hardness and the carbon layup are what define how a racket plays.

Step 2 - Hand Lay-Up & Molding

Carbon fiber sheets are cut to shape and placed into the mold by hand, layer over layer, with the EVA core set in the center. An internal bladder is then inflated under heat and pressure, forcing the resin through every layer and pushing out trapped air. This step decides the racket's shape and structural strength.

Step 3 - High-Temperature Curing

The racket is oven-cured at high temperature so the structure sets hard and stable. No shortcuts here, this is what holds the racket together under years of impact.

Step 4 - Demolding & Sanding

Once cooled, the racket blank is released from the mold. The edges are sanded by hand to remove excess material and smooth the surface for finishing.

Step 5 - Painting & Finishing

A primer goes on for adhesion, followed by the color coat and water-transfer decals for the logo and markings. A final clear coat adds UV resistance so the finish doesn't fade, then it's oven-cured again to harden.

A textured coating is applied to the face. This is what grips the ball and lets you generate spin.

The hole pattern is drilled by CNC, and it matters more than people think: the number and placement of holes directly affect aerodynamics, the sweet spot, and stiffness. The handle, butt cap, balance weight, grip, and wrist strap are assembled. Finally, every racket is inspected, weight, balance, stiffness, and surface, before it earns the name.

WHAT WE WILL AND WON'T PUT IN A RACKET.

Carbon fiber is graded by weave. We build with 3K and 12K carbon, and we choose deliberately.

3K carbon is the tighter, more responsive weave. It's what we use where control and precision matter most, for the player who plays at a higher level and feels the difference.

12K carbon offers a more balanced response, forgiving without going soft. It's the choice for players who want power and control without punishing every off-center hit.

We do not use 18K. A heavier weave sounds more impressive on a spec sheet, but it pushes a racket toward a stiffness most players don't want and can't use. We're not here to win spec-sheet arguments. We're here to build a racket that plays right.

And before any racket ships, it's checked, weight, balance point, stiffness, surface. Consistency isn't a feature we advertise. It's the baseline.
